cindy added a review for San Jose, Costa Rica
C San Jose is a nice city to visit. I live here for like three months, and I still miss this place. There is nothing special about it, but at the same time, there is something special about it. You never quite understand why you like being in San Jose. Perhaps it is the sheer simplicity of it. ...

gion of Italy, in my opinion. Nice food, nice people, and a lot of places to visit. If I had to move to Italy, Calabria is the region I'd choose to live in. ...

patricia added a review for the city Stockholm, Sweden
w York, with a lot less crime, and cleaner. If you are in Scandinavia, and you want to visit the best city that area has to offer, Stockholm is the place to be. The only dark side is that it is cold, so bring the best coat you can buy. ...

patricia added a review for Sweden
Sweden was the best country in the world. Today, you can see the third world influence in the no-go zones, and you can clearly see that the average Swedish person is fed up with the invaders. I cannot say this without sounding too racist, but Sweden, perhaps, is something you must see for yourself. With an open mind. ...

patricia added a review for Panama
owns, like any other nation. It is doing fine, for a third world country, but it leaves a lot to be desired. People, for the most part, are rude, sometimes even xenophobic. The average Panamanian seems to view women as sex objects, and you can see that for yourself if you are travelling without a man. There isn't much to do here. People have already pointed that out. Chiriqui may be a good place to retire, but Panama, as a whole, isn't a nice place for tourists. Nice to visit if you are doing business with someone, but don't stay for long. ...

patricia added a review for the landmark Ed Sullivan Theatre, United States
er before I was marriage. My friends and I went there to see the David Letterman show. Things are not the same now that he is retired from show business. This is the place where a comedy legend had his show for crying out loud. It is a shame I was there only once. I guess you never know what you got until it is gone....

rpcarnell added a review for the landmark Fuente de Cibeles, Spain
many times while I was in Spain, and it never failed to impress me. Don't worry about visiting this fountain during daylight. Try at nights. For some reason, it is as eerie as it is beautiful. ...

rpcarnell added a review for the landmark Museo de Ciencias Naturales, Spain
Spain was a backward country when it comes to science. Visiting a museum like this told me that those days belong to the past. This is not a museum full of paintings, or any works of art, but it is a place to visit if you love science. No creationist nonsense here. Fortunately. It is just a science museum. Plain and simple...

rpcarnell added a review for Chiriqui, Panama
ce of Panama favored by American and Canadian tourists for a reason. It is cold around Boquete, tourist friendly, and it is not as noisy and stressful as the capital of Panama. If you are retiring, and you want a nice place to live in Panama, Chiriqui may be the place for you....

kimberly added a review for Austria
an, like me, you may probably think the US is the best country in the world. They are lying to you. Wanna know what the best country in the world is? The name of that country is Austria. My father worked in England during the 90s, and before going back to the US, we decided to visit all of Europe. We spent two weeks in Vienna, and we fell in love with the place. It is a beautiful country where almost everyone seems to be happy all the time. If you are from the American South, like I am, or a tropical country, the weather will seem unpleasant to you, too cold, but you'll get used to it. There is always something to do in Austria, even in the country, where everything around you seems beautiful. Quite frankly, I think Austria is better than Switzerland, which in my opinion, seems a little wooden, more strict. ...

kimberly added a review for Liechtenstein
y father worked in England. We were the only Americans in the neighborhood. LOL. Before returning to the US (we are originally from Kentucky), we decided to visit every European country. We traveled by car, but we never got to see Spain or Portugal. Bummer. To make a long story short, we did visit Liechtenstein, and let me tell you something, the place is beautiful. Cold weather, nice landscapes, clean streets, beautiful buildings. BUT if you are young, like I was back then, Liechtenstein is not for you. Bear in mind this is a small place, with a small population. It lacks the plethora of museums you can find in France, or the dozens of castles you can see in Germany. It is a nice place, with nice people, and nice food, and that's all there is to it....

draculgal added a review for Florida, United States
rsh on Florida. I lived there for five years, and believe me, the weather is a lot better than the weather in New York, or Wisconsin. Also, I like the fact that Florida is like three or four countries existing in one single place. What can I say? I like diversity. I do admit that the universities aren't exactly Oxford or MIT, but my cousin graduated at Florida University, and he loved it. Miami alone has a lot to offer. You just have to be careful because it isn't exactly safe. Overall, Florida is okay. ...

or almost twelve years. I was a student at the university of Central Florida. I was in Orlando. Once you get to see Disney World, and Daytona Beach (which isn't a big deal in my opinion), Florida is as boring as a third world country. If you are in the US, as a student, there are better places to study. If you are in the US, as a tourist, there are better states to visit. ...

or almost twelve years. Orlando to be precise. I was a student at the University of Central Florida. This isn't exactly a place I'd love to go back to. It is like three different countries existing in one single state: Miami is part of Cuba, Orlando is part of Puerto Rico, and the rest is part of the Bible Belt. Once you visit Disney World, you are going to be bored beyond belief. If you are a student, there are better universities in the US, and if you are a tourist, there are better places to visit. ...

patricia added a review for Liechtenstein
a popular country, and when I visited this place with my husband, it was easy to know why. Charming landscape, nice buildings, but, despite what this website might tell you, it lacks anything remotely entertaining besides the castle where the prince (yes, you read that right, the prince) lives. You can see the alps in the distance if you are in the countryside, but that's about it, even the center of the city is boring. If you like green valleys, or living a quiet life, then this place is for you. But young people will find this place rather boring. ...
